minimal summer looks with everlane
Two outfits, one amazing brand.
If you were to riffle through my closet, you would find many an Everlane piece. They're one of my favorite brands, and I've followed their growth over the last several years. (I even included them in a previous blog post highlighting my favorite ethical fashion brands.) When they reached out and expressed interest in collaborating together, I was obviously excited!
Everlane sent me three of their summer pieces to style: the GoWeave Cami, the Cotton Collarless Belted Shirtdress, and the Modern Wrap Sandal. I chose to pair the cami with a pair of Everlane's Wide Leg Crop Pants, which I bought a few months back. I wanted to create two different looks, each with a different vibe.
I'd say that my personal style walks the line between edgy and classic; I like darker colors or masculine-inspired details (such as the newsboy hat). But, sometimes I want to wear a piece that will never age. This first look is somewhat inspired by the early 2000s. The second is much more timeless and tailored, thanks to the cut of the dress and the summery Oxford Blue. Feel free to let me know which look is your favorite!
